Our intention is to choose children for sponsorship who we feel will be enrolled long term in our program. However, there are instances when sponsored children leave the program prematurely:

• It's not uncommon for a child's family to move to another city or outside our program area generally due to work.

• In some cases, their family’s circumstance improves as a result of a new job or help from relatives and they no longer need assistance.

• Occasionally, children decide to no longer participate in the program on their own freewill or they no longer meet program criteria.

• In rare cases, youth might get married early or succumb to negative peer pressure or other influences that exclude them from participation.

If your sponsored child leaves the program for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as we are aware of the situation. We will also introduce you to another needy child who would benefit from your support.
